Colline uses her Zimbabwean heritage for inspiration and influence in her food offerings using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Providing food for those with dietary requirements is one of Colline’s passions so, you will find gluten free, vegan, dairy free and nut free options on her menus.
Always keen to support local suppliers and small businesses, Colline works with and supports other local foodies and caterers and works with the Globe Pub & Food by Hope.
