Founded in 1983 and based in rural West Berkshire, we pride ourselves on baking only 100% Organic breads and pastries.
We produce sourdough breads baked by hand with certified organic heritage grain sourced direct from local farmers and stone-ground in our West Berkshire bakery.

Our partners, whether high street health food shops, organic farm shops, city markets or forward thinking restaurants, all appreciate our transparency, our “by hand” philosophy and our passion for adding value to their enterprise. Our customers, the consumer, value the lack of additives, preservatives or cost cutting products in our bread. Our bread is made with flour, water and salt.
